*Payment Due-You pay, I bake!  50% retainer is required up front to reserve you spot on my calender.  The balance is due at pick up.

*No show, no cookies.- My cookies and cakes are best enjoyed fresh!  Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order.  Need to reschedule your pickup time, reach out to me at least one week in advance.

*Refunds- Refunds on retainers are only issued when an order is canceled at least two weeks in advance, minus any items already purchased for your order.  

*Delivery- All orders are picked up at an agreed upon time and place in Madisonville, North Zulch or Normangee.  Delivery to another location is possible for a fee and advance notice.

*Storage and Extras! - Cookies will stay fresh for up to two weeks stored on the counter or can be frozen for up to three months.  To freeze, place cookies in an airtight container before freezing. Let them come to room temperature before opening the container.  To freeze any leftover cake, wrap in saran wrap and store  in an airtight container for up to three months. 

*Pickup dates and times- Delivery and pickup times are set upon ordering.  This is because other customers need their items also.  We have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules - so put that pickup time in your calendar!

*Change Cutoff- Decisions are tough! Order changes can be made up to ten days before order is due. After that, all change requests will be under consideration.

*Inspiration- Thanks for all those inspo pictures! They’re just that - inspiring.  But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - we’ll try to keep it close!

*Rush Orders- While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too.  Orders place within a turnaround time of under 10 days may incur a rush fee of up to 25%.

*Price Adjustments- All prices are subject to change.  Prices are often dictated by ingredient cost.  I’m always trying to provide the best tasting products to my customers.  This also means I can’t honor old pricing.

*Pictures are worth a thousand words.- But they’re not always accurate.  Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with.  Also - items in photos may not be true to size.

*Cookie & Cupcake Minimums- I require a minimum of one dozen cookies or cupcakes or 2 dozen mini cookies. One flavor per dozen. 

*It’s all yours now!- Once you pick up your order, it’s all yours. What happens to your cookies, cakes or cupcakes is on you!  They are no longer my responsibility. Keep them out of the sun and keep them cool.  No sudden stops or quick turns while driving with your cakes.  

*Shipping- As much as I’d love to ship you some delicious cookies, under Texas Cottage Food Laws, I am unable to ship at this time.

*Allergies- Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergies.  While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.  Items are baked in my home kitchen where they may come in contact with food allergens.  Please do reach out - I may have a referral for you.

*Cottage Food Laws- This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Items prepared in a kitchen with known allergens such as but not limited to eggs, nuts, soy, dairy and wheat.
